Air Transportation - Provided to all conference participants at the lowest possible rate (i.e., group, convention, or negotiated rates)
Site Selection - Inspection and recommendation of appropriate meeting sites, expert contract negotiation;
Pre-Conference & On-Site Registration Services - Serving as conference headquarters for correspondence, phone, fax, and e-mail contacts, receipt and acknowledgment of registration via our web-site, e-mail, phone or fax, on-site registration services and data management;
VIP & Guest Speaker Arrangements - Liaison with conference VIP’s and guest speakers, coordinate travel and logistical arrangements;
Financial Administration - Develop a preliminary budget, manage income and expenses, provide up-to the minute reports and analysis;
On-Site Management - Pre-conference meeting, with hotel or conference centre staff, menu creation, on-site coordination of all logistical arrangements and oversight of audiovisual services;
Additional Services - Arrangements for audio-taping and videotaping, tours and spouse activities, transportation and entertainment, discount airfares and car rentals.
